If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@hollandvalleycoffee.com to submit a refund request. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase of the unopened package(s). Once the refund request has been approved, a full refund will be issued to the same form of payment used at the time of purchase. The return shipping expense will be incurred by the consumer.
